***Please note, each pit pass for adults needs to be signed by the recipient as these are legal documents. Please do not add your name to multiple pit passes.***

Here's a few tips to get you prepared for the cooler weather:

• Dress in layers
• Consider rain gear and silicone shoe covers (they are cheap on Amazon!) to keep dry if it rains

Please be advised: 

* All drivers MUST be registered and paid before entering the track. 

* Pit passes are required for everyone over 5 years old to enter the pit area. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

*Track layout MAY be subject to change due to track maintenance

*Transponders are REQUIRED. If you do not have your own, you need to rent one from the club. Just like last time, we will hold your ID as collateral until the transponder is returned. 

* Once the track is hot, vehicles are NOT permitted to drive on the pavement. If you need to leave during the day, you need to park in the gravel, along the outside of the pit area.

Saturday (practice day):

9:00 am Gates open/Registration

9:30 am Mandatory Driver and Pit Meeting - ALL DRIVERS AND PIT MEMBERS MUST BE PRESENT. You must attend the driver meeting to be permitted to enter the track.

10:00 am Track opens

There is no set schedule for practice as of now. *Please be aware that practice laps will be run according to Sunday's race classes (listed below); please do not enter the track if you are not in the designated class.

We will also be having an end of season potluck and go kart decorating competition in the evening! Be on the lookout for an email with more information on that!

Sunday (race day):

8:30 am Gates open/Registration

Fees:

- SOKA Member driver: $50 per weekend. 

- Non-member driver: $70 per weekend. 

- Transponders: $10, must be returned at the end of the weekend

- General Admission (Pit Pass): $10.00. 

- Children under 5: free admission
